After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

One-Time Purchases

Add-on packs and one-time purchases (Done-For-You Packs, Niche Packs) are non-refundable once delivered, as they contain immediately accessible digital content. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact support and we'll resolve it.
